RESERVATIONS AND RATES

RATES:

• Our single-room cottages rent for $100 per night Monday - Thursday, $125 on weekends.
• Our two-bedroom cottage rents for $175 per night Monday - Thursday, $175 on weekends.
• Discounted rates for weekly, by-weekly, and monthly rates are available. Please contact management for details.
• Two night minimum stay for weekends and holidays.
• Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. unless alternate times are pre-arranged with management.
• Well behaved pets are welcome.
• All reservations require a guarantee via Credit Card.   Cash accepted at time of rental.
• No refunds for early check out.
• Cancellations must be made 7days prior to arrival for refund.
• All cottages have smoking areas provided on porch.
